DAC is standalone (doesn't need third age installed). So when you install it, it will create it's own mod folder. DCI:LA requires third age 3.2 installed and will overwrite your existing third age 3 folder.
The group encourages its members to disobey orders which they believe would violate the U.S. Constitution. Research on their membership determined that two-thirds of the Oath Keepers are former military or law enforcement, and one tenth are active duty military or law enforcement. Most research determined the Oath Keeper membership to be approximately 5,000 members, while leaked data showed Oath Keepers' rosters claiming membership of 38,000.[6][7][8][9]
The organization was subpoenaed by the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack in November 2021. Eleven members of the organization, including its founder and leader Stewart Rhodes, were indicted for seditious conspiracy in January 2022.[27] By late April 2022, 2 of those 11 indicted Oath Keepers had pled guilty to seditious conspiracy,[28] and another member who had not been named in the initial indictment pled guilty to the same charges on May 4, 2022.[29] A jury found Rhodes and one co-defendant guilty of seditious conspiracy on November 29, 2022.[30] Four more Oath Keepers were convicted of seditious conspiracy by a separate jury two months later, bringing the total convicted of this rare charge to nine.[31]
Rhodes is reported to have taken inspiration from the notion that Adolf Hitler could have been stopped if German soldiers and police had refused to follow orders.[42] Writing in S.W.A.T. Magazine in 2008, Rhodes asserts, "'It' (a full-blown totalitarian police state) cannot happen here if the majority of police and soldiers obey their oaths to defend the Constitution and refuse to enforce the unconstitutional edicts of the 'Leader'."[43]
In its review of the Oath Keepers database, COE identified 117 individuals who we believe currently serve in the U.S. military, an additional 11 people who serve in the reserves, and 31 individuals who hold civilian positions or are military contractors. Separately, many individuals provided the group with military base addresses, entered military email addresses, or identified themselves on social media as being service members; however, COE could not locate additional information to confirm with high confidence that these individuals remain active, so they were not included in the overall total. The individuals COE identified hold a variety of combat, support, and civilian positions, including as servicepeople in each military branch, as civil engineers, mechanics, or military police, and as recruiters. Individuals at various ranks signed up for the Oath Keepers, including privates, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, and majors, among others.

Other Ravnos know the tale, and hold your failure against you. You are scorned, and your confidence has been thrown into doubt. Your total Willpower score is permanently reduced by one and you may not spend Willpower when performing actions where other Ravnos are directly involved.
While most sealed third eyes are visible as a slight scar, yours remains permanently open on your forehead. For 2 points, the eye is merely open, and may be closed for a scene on a successful Willpower roll (difficulty 6). For 4 points, the eye sheds light, increasing all Stealth difficulties by 2.
But much to the Traitors' surprise, nearly two-thirds of the Loyalists from the first wave survived the orbital bombardment, thanks in no small part to the timely warning of the Loyalist Emperor's Children Captain Saul Tarvitz.
While the First Generation were created directly by the Lord Ruler, the First Generation creates all subsequent generations of kandra through "Blessings," a pair of Hemalurgic spikes charged with a human physical or mental attribute. The Lord Ruler provides Hemalurgic metal spikes to the kandra each century, in a number requested, and the kandra use these spikes to convert mistwraiths into full kandra. One Blessing converts a mistwraith into a sentient kandra. Kandra take longer to reach maturity than a human normally would take.[4] During the years of the Lord Ruler's reign, there are a total of eleven Generations, with a Twelfth Generation unlikely, as the Father is dead. The kandra do not know how to make new kandra spikes, though they have an inkling.[5]
Kandra were the third and last of Rashek's creations. They were created with two Hemalurgic spikes and thus are less susceptible to the influence of Ruin or other Shards. The First Generation of kandra, the Lord Ruler's friends, created a legal code which was later approved by the Lord Ruler. This code is known as the First Contract. The Contract is the first thing a kandra learns upon gaining sentience.[29] All future generations of kandra are created by the first by granting blessings in the form of Hemalurgic spikes to mistwraiths.
Note: The Barracks and Apothecary conscript and heal units in batches of one command unit. If you conscript/heal 500 light cavalry, you will get batches of 50 units over the time period that it takes to conscript 500 light cavalry instead of only acquiring the total batch of 500 troops at the very end. 2ff7e9595c
